Dragon Fruit – Each

Dragon Fruit (or pitahaya) is a member of the cactus family and has a scaly rind that can be either bright pink or yellow. They are sweet and delicate with a flavor similar to kiwifruit. Cut your dragon fruit in half (the seeds are edible) and scoop out the flesh with spoon or dice it up and add to fruit salad.
